LEX A. WATSON, II, Partner. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Watson worked with an investment banking firm in Durham, North Carolina, specializing in the field of real estate syndications. He joined Merritt Watson in 1984 and became a partner in 1988. Mr. Watson is married with three children and enjoys golf and sailing.
